For 8 days I cant have bread, only a cracker like substance that reminds me way too much of cardboard. But I had an excuse to wash my truck and clean out the interior. Its spotless now.

I would say Passover is a pretty happy holiday: celebrating freedom from Pharoh's rule. The whole matzoh thing is more of a recognition of the strife we went through to get to where we are now, I wouldn't consider that especially somber
